Thanks! I missed the Office Hours (demonstration?), but I teach a class on developing [Approval] Workflows using Qualtrics so I’m going to download your sample QSF and check it out. I developed a single form workflow which has the draw back of needing to use a timer question…
and multi-form workflows, which as the draw back of needing multiple forms (and contact/directory lists)
OKAY. So checked out the form (nice! And simple). I saw in your notes that we would have to create workflows to send to the next person in line, and on that link (I assume) you pass the value of 1stApproval (and then 2nd and 3rd). So, my question is, I’ve found that if I don’t display a question, on the retake effort (retake not as a new response - right?) that I lose the value entered previously. Since the respondent doesn’t see (and therefore answer) the question, the answer is removed.
How are you dealing with that?
Marty

Glad to hear it! Thanks @MartyK
Thank you for posting this, I can’t wait to check it out!! I was out of the office and missed the demonstration!
We have a C&I request form that I would like to transpose to an automatic approval workflow so I no longer need to create reports from the submission!
Thanks, Rosemarie

@RoseL That’s amazing! Excited to hear more about that. Hope these QSFs help!
@brookel , I think you may have missed my edited comments - there’s a question…
