We receive a number of requests to distribute information to our families/students from outside organizations. Previously we had a paper form that we asked the organizations to fill out for approval. Utilizing the Qualtrics, we put the form into a digital format that is attached to our website, and can the link can easily be emailed to others. Within the form, it allows them to attach a copy of the materials that they are looking to have approved so we have all the information at once for our Associate Superintendent to review.
