This survey was developed to manage the hectic process of Principals interviewing and submitting a request to perform reference checks and hire staff. In the past this was done using email. This survey uses Qualtrics Ticketing to submit a request and assign a ticket the the necessary individuals in Human Resources to process the request for hire.

    Hi Steve,
    Thank you for sharing this extensive system. I've shared it with the HR team.
    We (Hacienda La Puente USD in So California) are looking for a solution for submitting requisitions, and this looks like it could be useful in that process. From here, how does it get into your business systems for funding?
    So far Qualtrics has been used only in the Instructional side of the house, so am looking for experts in HR who might have solutions already.
