RSSP Data Fellows using Qualtrics

Hi everyone!! :)
I am the Data Fellow for Corsicana ISD. We are new to the Qualtrics world and joined on around September. I have learned so much (thanks to Sierra at Cesa 6) and have built 2 dashboards and have several surveys running for walkthroughs, PLC feedback, upcoming GT nominations, and a few for our communications department. My goals for RSSP are specifically set for 3rd Grade ELAR, so I've been able to attend every PLC and working closely with principals and teachers. I'm still waiting on MAP MOY data to come in and students will also be taking a "mini" Benchmark next week. I'm excited to see some growth and see how far we have come with our goals. I feel like we are slowly branching out in Qualtrics and others are starting to reach out to me to build more things for them.
I would love to hear how other Data Fellows are using Qualtrics in their districts!

Hey y'all! I'm Caitlin, and I am the Data Fellow for Manor ISD. Our district got on board with Qualtrics both for RSSP purposes and also for our Communications Dept. to be able to conduct surveys more seamlessly. I am loving it so far! I've used it for surveys and walkthroughs, but most of all for dashboards! I admit I still get a little confused about the dashboards within a dashboard 😂 but I have made dashboards for each goal type so our leaders can review data collected and analyzed for the purpose of meeting that specific goal. I have created dashboards for our Amplify screeners, district benchmark assessments, iReady screener/usage, observation trackers, and survey results, and my next project will be taking our benchmark dashboards to a new level by adding analysis of results by TEKS to determine strengths in content and needs for further content support.
