We created our Virtual Learning Application and have the completed applications routed to the registrars at our schools. This has helped manage the distribution of information.
We also created a ticketing system and customer management system for our student registration department. The office is small and so we needed to distance our customers. There are signs at the parking spaces that instruct them to text a word to a number. They then answer a couple of questions and are then asked to wait in their car. When we are ready, the ticketing status is changed and they receive a text asking them to enter the office. We used the "Ask the Experts Ticketing Queue" in the support site to develop this project.
Our return to work survey also helped supervisors/principals to know who was coming in and if they were "clear" to return to work. Much easier for them to be able to look at a dashboard on their phone than keep up with emails.

I've created district and local walk tools/survey (aligned to district-wide professional development), and this has helped us to fine-tune our focus.
For one school with 2,000 students, I created a School Support Survey for students and parents to contact a support staff person, tell them what they need and the principal can monitor if students have made 1, 2, 3 requests. If a student or parent notes that they've made 2 unanswered requests, an email trigger is created that goes to the principal.
Now that we're virtual, I created surveys that normally staff would fill out beginning of the year paperwork-- work agreements, emergency contacts, etc.
Our paraprofessionals sign-in and out using a Qualtrics survey.
Teachers submit their final exams via a Qualtrics survey--which helps admin to see who turned them in and who did not turn them in.
I created a check-in/check-out survey for attendance and behavior monitoring--this increased teacher partcipation rate from 25% to over 75% (over a slip of paper that students would carry to each teacher).
