I am a healthcare professional with first hand experience developing, implementing, and managing Patient Experience and leadership development programs at an Academic Medical Center. I also brings a unique viewpoint from the patient perspective having managed the guest family program for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis. I am currently a Healthcare Experience XM Scientist at Qualtrics.
