Hello and welcome to my profile! I'm Marc, 38, and glad you’re here! As a CX expert and ISO-certified New Work Consultant & Agile Coach with 15+ years of experience in market research and customer experience management, I help businesses optimize CX and achieve sustainable success. My career began in 2006 with training in market and social research, laying the foundation for my methodical expertise. At SKOPOS (2013–2021), I led the CX division, managing global projects for brands like Bayer, REWE, and Volkswagen. Known for strategic thinking and steering complex initiatives, I’ve also held roles in tech startups, consulting, and D2C/B2B companies. In 2024, I rejoined SKOPOS CONNECT as Product Owner CX & Agile Coach, combining CX expertise with agile methods to empower teams and drive impactful results.
