Dashboards

Dashboards: Deprecation of the Old Dashboards Experience: The old dashboards experience will be deprecated on August 21, and all dashboards will be automatically updated to the new experience. The option to revert to the old experience will also be removed. This update applies to CX, EX, and BX dashboards, not Results Dashboards or Studio dashboards.
Distributions
- Updates to Email Distribution Reminders: The complaint rate of email distributions is now monitored, and reminders cannot be sent for any distributions with a high complaint rate. New reminders cannot be created, and any scheduled reminders will fail.
EX
- Exporting EX Report Templates: When exporting an EX report template, dashboard viewers can now export to an editable Powerpoint format.
EX Dashboards
- EX Engagement Benchmark: The EX Engagement benchmark has been updated with refreshed high-performing cut data for 2023, as well as new NPS metrics.
- Displaying One-Time Benchmarks: You can now configure one-time benchmarks in EX Dashboards using expert-developed benchmarks, including the new EX Response Rate benchmark.
Licensing
- Self-Service Licenses: When purchasing a self-service license, you may now confirm and change the datacenter your account will be on.
Workflows

Custom Cron Expressions in Scheduled Workflows: You can now use custom cron expressions when setting up scheduled workflows. This allows for more personalization and specialized workflow scheduling.
XM Platform

Simple Layout: Added support for end of survey response summaries, table of contents, and autocomplete text entry for surveys using Simple layout.
