XM App
- Qualtrics XM App: Gov1 users can now access the notifications feed in the XM app. Push notifications are still unavailable to gov1 users.
- Daylight Savings Time for Dashboards: Previously, dashboards did not support DST, causing discrepancy between times listed there and in other parts of the platform. Now all dashboards will be compatible with DST. This change does not apply to EX dashboards.
- Coaching Priorities Widget: Shows contact center leaders a summary of their team’s performance, helping them determine where to focus coaching efforts.
- “Actions” is being renamed to “Workflows.” This change will apply both in the global page and in the tab in the survey. See Workflows Basic Overview for more.
