CX Dashboards

  • Response Ticker Widget Updates: The new “Show Email tab in full response” display option allows you to view the Email tab and send emails from a full response before a ticket is created.

EX

  • Improvements to Scorecard and Question List Export: Now when you export scorecard or question list widgets to JPG or PDF, there’s a setting you can use to make sure none of the results will be cut off. Once “Include all widget content” is enabled, data doesn't have to be visible on the dashboard page to be included in exports.
