CarolineH , what's the timeline on the rollout for the "merge duplicate contacts" feature? I don't see this change in my system yet.

Hi JoycaV! The "Merge duplicate contacts" XM Directory feature has not been released yet, so it has been removed from the recent updates section. This feature will be rolling out at a later date. We apologize for any and all confusion.
