Reference Fields for ServiceNow Events: You can now configure Reference fields in the ServiceNow event to pull in data from your ServiceNow tables. Adding these fields allows you to use this data throughout your workflow.

Results Dashboards Page Selector and Product Tour: The page panel in Results Dashboards is now hidden by default and you can enable it to be shown. There is also an updated product tour when using results dashboards for the first time.

Interactive Support Tickets: You can now reply to email support tickets from right inside the Customer Success Hub.

Use My Services: Success Package customers can now go to their XM Success Manager for advice on XM priorities and objectives and submit specific modifications, analytics, or insights guidance they need.

Free & Trial Accounts

Look & Feel Permissions for Free Accounts: Free and trial accounts will no longer be able to edit the header/footer sections of the General tab. Free and trial accounts will now be able to switch between themes in the Themes tab, modify colors and fonts in the Styles tab, and adjust background colors in the background tab.

Advanced Intercept Theming Capabilities: You can now override Qualtrics look and feel settings for Mobile App Prompt creatives and Embedded App Feedback creatives with your own SDK configuration. Pseudonymization Policy: New tab in Data Privacy settings allows brand administrators to enable default pseudonymization for the entire brand. This setting removes pre-selected data from survey responses automatically as they are collected.

- Updated Active Sessions Page: The user interface of the Active Sessions tab has been updated. You can now rearrange and pin columns, and all active session details are displayed within the table.

Engagement Hierarchy Mapping Improvement: You can now pick between manager or team-based mappings, for higher auto-generation accuracy and viewing historical data that better meets your reporting needs. These options are available for both parent-child and level-based hierarchies. This feature will be rolling out between June 28 and July 19, 2023.
