  • Pseudonymization Policy: New tab in Data Privacy settings allows brand administrators to enable default pseudonymization for the entire brand. This setting removes pre-selected data from survey responses automatically as they are collected.

  • Email Received Event: New event in workflows to begin the workflow by sending an email to a specific email address.

Brand Administration

  • Updated Active Sessions Page: The user interface of the Active Sessions tab has been updated. You can now rearrange and pin columns, and all active session details are displayed within the table.

EX

  • Engagement Hierarchy Mapping Improvement: You can now pick between manager or team-based mappings, for higher auto-generation accuracy and viewing historical data that better meets your reporting needs. These options are available for both parent-child and level-based hierarchies. This feature will be rolling out between June 28 and July 19, 2023.

  • Program Success Rubric: There is a new Program Success Rubric tab in customer experience programs with a checklist for ways to improve your program.

 

CX & BX Dashboards

  • The Experience Assessment Widget (CX & BX): Combine data from BX and CX projects to measure the impact and expectations of touchpoints in your brand. This widget contains two different visualizations: the Experience Alignment widget and the Experience Impact widget.
