Send Survey via Text Message (SMS) Task: A new workflow task that lets you send a survey invite via text message. Includes the ability to set link expiration, use library messages, easily set reminders, and perform more advanced scheduling.
XM Platform

Updated SMS Distribution Experience: The SMS distribution experience in survey projects has been redesigned. You can now distribute SMS to lists, samples, segments, and batches of transactions from all the directories you have access to. The message composer has also been updated, and you can now define a survey link expiration and delivery time window. This feature will be gradually rolling out from August 2 - August 10, 2023. You will be able to switch back to the old version of SMS distributions until August 31, 2023.
