So excited with “Qualtrics Assist (CX):” !!!!

Hi Qualtrics team, Re the Spot Check i like the idea and would like to ask if you could report if any of the filters in the  widgets are currently not set to default (ie they’ve been changed temporarily).  The widget filter icon does not indicate this (ie it could change colour) and so if the spot check could flag any widgets on the page for the user / developer to check that would save a lot of time instead of having to painstakingly open each widget and check the widget filter.

Before you suggest to create a post in the ideas section… there is no point I’m afraid to say,  It remains unusable and impossible to navigate to see how your ideas are progressing let alone where your ideas are.  It took getting on for 6 months for my client team to track down just a few of my ideas so that I could get the ev codes!  I never see anything coming out of it.  Therefore please feel free to feedback to the developers directly on this idea for the Spot Check.

Thanks

Rod Pestell

So excited with “Qualtrics Assist (CX):” !!!!

Hi @Kiwigaga have you managed it to have a play on it?  Perhaps at one of the X4 summits?  Did you manage to get it to provide some quantitative measures and trends?  We are not on the right license so have only seen it as a demo and had a quick play during last week’s X4 in London.  Would be keen to know your thoughts.  Perhaps there is a thread already on this in the community somewhere.

@Rod_Pestell  - 100% agree — the Evolve / Idea platform is incredibly frustrating to use. I’ve stopped engaging with it altogether because of how difficult it is to submit an idea, let alone track or vote on existing ones. The experience is clunky:

  • You can’t easily search or filter ideas
  • Descriptions are often cut off
  • Voting is painful and requires way too much information — it feels like I’m signing up for a new service
  • Hard to find your own submission

I’ve raised this feedback multiple times, but it doesn’t seem to go anywhere. Even my rep wasn’t aware of how the platform works — which says a lot.
