CX projects can now be expanded to show all dashboards within the project directly from the Projects page. Employee EngagementEX25 XM Solution: New XM solution for establishing a baseline for employee engagement programs. WorkflowsScheduled Workflows: Update to scheduled workflows, adding ability to set start and stop dates. Scheduled workflows created before this update will be set to run immediately and never stop by default, but they can be edited to include start/stop dates.Starting On & After March 23 WorkflowsAnomaly Detection Events: You can now build workflows based on anomalous behavior (spikes/drops) in the response counts of your surveys.Managing Existing Workflows: Update to workflows management. You can now enable, disable, or delete workflows in bulk. XM DirectoryRegion Specific Certified Questions: Region specific demographic questions are now available when adding certified questions to a survey.
