- Migrating to Results Dashboards: New support page on creating Reports in Results-Reports vs. Results Dashboards. Also includes answers to commonly asked migration questions.
- Google Data Layer Targeting for Website Feedback: Google Data Layer variables can now be used within Website Feedback for dynamic targeting and embedded data capture. This feature will be gradually rolled out to eligible customers starting May 11, 2022 and concluding May 17, 2022.
- Frontline Feedback Task Updates: New fields have been added to the frontline feedback task, including Assignee, Client, Status, and Tags. Custom Fields set up within a Frontline Feedback project can also be added to the task.
- Sample Project User Testing: Starting March 24, some CoreXM users may see a sample project called “Product Tour & Sample Project” in the catalog. This change is in user testing and is not GA to all.
- Org Hierarchy Editor Improvements (EE): In addition to reliability improvements, uncommonly used unit tools have been removed to reduce redundancy and in-product messaging has improved. These changes are for engagement hierarchies only. This feature will be gradually rolled out to eligible customers starting May 18, 2022 and concluding June 6, 2022.
- Importing Evaluators from the Global Directory (360): Evaluators can now be imported to 360 projects from the global directory. All associated evaluator metadata will also be imported.
