CX Dashboards

  • XMI Percentiles in Gauge Charts & Number Charts: Now when displaying XMI benchmarks in gauge and number charts, hover-over reveals key percentiles, so you can tell how your company is performing compared to these standards.

    • Stats iQ

  • Renaming Variables: You can now easily rename multiple variables by tabbing through the list.

  • Participants Tab (Engagement, Lifecycle): User interface refresh for the Participants tab in Engagement and Lifecycle projects. All functionality retained. (Note: This feature resumed rolling out to users between May 17 and May 21.)

  • Candidate Experience: A new offering that enables your organization to measure and act on candidate feedback across recruiting touchpoints.

  • Multi-Select Org Hierarchy: You can now select multiple units at a time when using org hierarchy dashboard filters. This feature will begin roll-out on May 26 and conclude on June 4th. Customers enrolled in the Enhanced Anonymity for Org Hierarchy preview will not get access to this feature until Enhanced Anonymity for Org Hierarchy becomes Generally Available. Edit: This feature has been temporarily rolled back.

Thanks KatharineS for the note. I noticed there were issues with the Multi-Select Org Hierarchy not exporting with trend to other surveys and also (might be an unrelated issue) some other weird things happening with the Manager Export missing widgets.
Hope its back soon!

Phoebe We will comment on this thread when it's re-released. 🙂
If you find those other issues with the manager export persist, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team!

Note: Multi-Select Org Hierarchy has resumed roll-out and will continue to do so over the next 10 days.
