Salesforce Inbound Connector: Salesforce is deprecating its legacy chat product on February 14, 2026. The 'Salesforce Chat' data type will be retired on this date. Data ingested before this date will still be available, and this connector will continue to support other data types beyond that date. Please contact your XM Discover account team with any questions.
