Features Released On Or Before September 17, 2025

 

Dashboards

Locations

  • Automated Workflows for Location Data: You can now create an automated workflow in your location directory, enabling you to import new and updated location data on a recurring schedule.

Workflows

  • Workflow Execution Limits: There is now a limit of 300,000 workflow executions per organization per day. Workflows will be blocked when they exceed this limit.

 

Features Starting On & After September 24, 2025

 

Dashboards

  • Metric Group Calculations: When using the top box / bottom box metric in widgets, you can now select in the dashboard settings whether to calculate the metric based on the aggregate of all individual responses or the average scores of questions in the group. 

  • Widget to Widget Filtering: Compatible widgets can now filter other widgets in your dashboard after clicking on a specific data point.

SMS

  • New FedRAMP SMS Provider: FedRAMP brands will now use the sub-account model through AWS End User Messaging, a FedRAMP authorized provider. Otherwise, there is no user setup change.

Workflows

  • Survey Response Task: New task in workflows that allows you to retrieve an individual response or update a response’s embedded data after the response is submitted.

XM Discover

  • Automated Summaries: Automated summaries generate concise summaries from call and chat transcripts inside a feedback widget. This enables analysts to quickly understand the topics discussed in a conversation, the conversation’s outcome, and any resulting actions taken.

Will automated summaries be possible in the normal CX dashboards for verbatim soon?  This idea is different to the Qualtrics assistant.  It would be great if a summary was generated based on specific content of the dashboard eg. a page looking at food score plus +ve and -ve sentiment showing information for a group of hotels.  The summary should give a top level overview and then flagging which hotels are doing better or worse on specific food topics.  Another idea, it would be great if the automated summary could some how pick out new trends / topics not already setup in the textiQ.  Just some thoughts :)
