RECENT UPDATES | RELEASED ON OR BEFORE September 22, 2021

Workflows

• Calculate Metric Task: Update to the calculate metric task, including a new setup order and new ability to filter by Text iQ sentiments and topics. 


• Extract Data from Google Drive Task: You can now extract data from Google Drive for import elsewhere into Qualtrics, such as for the purpose of adding XM Directory contacts, employees, or CX Dashboard users.



Engagement



• Mapping Org Hierarchy Units: Now you can automatically map multiple past hierarchies together. In addition, the user interface for mapping has been refreshed. This feature will begin gradually rolling out September 8, 2021. It will be finished rolling out to all eligible customers by October 8, 2021.


• Updates for Non-Structural Hierarchy Metadata: Advanced options are now available for level-based hierarchies, including adding additional metadata. This update also includes a UX refresh for generating and managing hierarchies.



CX Dashboards



• CX Journey Chart Widget Updates: UX refresh and expansion of widget customization options, including additional metric types and metric formats. In addition, users can now view the correlation between metrics across Journey stages.  


• Focus Areas Widget: Analysis Method: Feature that allows you to change the calculation in a focus areas widget to relative importance analysis instead of Pearson, the old default.



Survey Builder



• Certified Questions You Can Customize: New certified questions have been added to the Qualtrics Library. These questions can be customized with specific information, like company & product name, while still leveraging Qualtrics best practices like benchmarking and standardization.

EX



• Benchmark Editor (EX): New benchmark type added: dynamic comparison. Relates benchmark values to org hierarchy units for dynamically changing values when viewing different org hierarchy units.
