Research Hub
- Collections as a Search Filter: You can now filter your search results in Research Hub by collections. This will narrow your search to only show results within a collection.
- Index Content to Research Hub: This permission has been improved so you can search your own content in the hub, and once enabled, indexing works more quickly than before.
Website / App Insights
- Page Tag / URL Masking: You can now configure masking rules based on page tags or URLs within session capture. These rules will override the project-level default.
XM Platform
- Logging into Your Qualtrics Account: The backend infrastructure for logging into Qualtrics has been updated. There are slight changes to the login look & feel, but the way you log into your Qualtrics account has stayed the same.
Features Starting On & After September 16, 2026
CX Dashboards
- Full Record View: The full record view now has significant user interface improvements, such as an improved editor and the removal of the “Emails” tab; instead, emailed ticket replies are integrated with the ticket view.
EX Dashboards
- Heatmap Widget Updated Export: Data within heat map widget exports is now displayed the same way the widget appears in the dashboard for all export formats. This includes the color gradient that is present in the dashboard widget.
