We want to create a very simple, one question multiple choice survey and embed it into a web page, so that customers can answer the question and then see the results of the survey immediately afterwards. This needs to be integrated into the web page so that it is a smooth experience for the customers, so no need to refresh the page or visit another URL or anything like that.
(A) Is it possible to do this in Qualtrics?
(B) If this is possible, can anyone point me in the right direction regarding how to make this happen?
Note: I have read the "Displaying Live Results" page but as far as I understand things that doesn't quite meet our needs.

There is no in-product way to achieve this however you can leverage Qualtrics API to get desired functionality. With in webpage script can be created to send user response and get overall results from Qualtrics.
