We have a number of lifecycle surveys and we need to regularly update the Text Models based on new responses. Is there a way I can do this via the API or some other way that is automated?

Only way to sync in the data is clicking in the button in your screenshot. If that is tedious and you receive a huge amount of data everyday then reach to Qualtrics of that can be automated.
There is no API available to sync data in TextiQ.
