I am having an issue in data which is sent to Qualtrics survey through an API. The date format received is not reflected on dashboard probably despite changing the date format for that field on dashboard data mapping. I had the same issue with data was imported but solved through changing the date field format..
I need your support and point of view on how to overcome this issue.. screen shots may better represent my issue ..

I came across the same issue and have entered the following formats as a 'custom' format, however my API format didn't include the 'GMT +3:00' element:
yyyy-MM-dd'T'HHss
YYYY-MM-ddT:00:00:00

Qualtrics support team provided me with the correct date format and it working fine. Date format would be as followed:
MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm a zZ
