Is the Qualtrics API a base feature?

Is the Qualtrics API included as a base feature or did you have to purchase it?

It would depend on the license that you have. For example, a free user account does not allow you to use the API feature, while an account under the Research Core 5 license does. I would contact your brand administrator or your account executive to find out exactly what is included in your license.
