Does anyone know if there is a way to trigger a text message survey after a phone call while also capturing data like the phone number or other identifying information?

Have you considered IVR integration? As qualtrics needs a trigger to send a survey. It is mostly used for contact centers. But it would help you achieve this. Contact your Account Executive to learn more.
