Salesforce flow > Survey link in Qualtrics Task Email

Hello all. Forgive me if I'm rambling here. 

The idea is to have a Salesforce Flow trigger an Action Email on a Survey in Qualtrics and that the email that goes out contains the link to take the survey it's sent from. 

But I can't get the survey code to work (Yes, that's correct. I'm not a developer).

I've used "${l://SurveyLink?d=Take the Survey}" That I've taken from somewhere else. 

But just using this will not carry over the embedded data I've specified to come from Salesforce over into the actual response once it comes back to Qualtrics, will it? 


I've also tried to set it up as a "XM Directory" task and distribute the survey that way, but I can't seem to get that to work neither. Would that be the better option to investigate further? Because here I can see that I can choose the embedded data. I just thought since I've already specified which ones I want in the WorkFlow Rule it feels redundant.
