Hi, We are doing an email experiment using Qualtrics and want to track e-mail opens/reads as an outcome. Does anyone know any works arounds to track e-mail opens/reads using Qualtrics? Thanks!

+35If you have XM directory it's available under the Distribution tab on the right side. Are you sending surveys out? If so, you could export the distribution list after the survey closes and the Status column will provide the information.
