Does anyone have experience at a university using an API to move data from a survey/form into BANNER (erp) system? We want to use Qualtrics for our graduate application.
(I'm not in IT and am not familiar with how API's work, so basic info to start with would be most helpful).

Hi, @KatherineD! This would require first learning about the banner's public API (if it has one) and then using a Web Service element to POST a survey response into your system. If you would like to walk through this with an API specialist, feel free to reach out to our Support Team! 😃
Thank you for the suggestion. I have spoken with an API specialist in Support but he was unable to answer my questions.

At Imperial we have Banner and Qualtrics. We are looking at transferring documents gathered in a Qualtrics form into Banner via the Banner API if it is possible.
Early days, only discussed at a meeting today.
I would like to know more!
