I am most looking forward to hearing Michelle Obama.  Our team was originally signed up the COVID year when she was supposed to present back then! I just got a couple of Morgan Housel’s books to read prior also! We attended last year, and the basecamp day was my favorite, I found so much value and left with practical applications (but all of the keynotes and speakers were also quite amazing, so it’s very difficult to say one thing was the best!). I’m confident this year will be just as awesome, I’m glad it is finally this month!

🐘 World Wildlife Day | Badge of the Month | March 2024

My favorite tree is the Weeping Willow.  We have two of them on our property and I find them so calming and beautiful to be around.  My daughter was a baby when we first moved into our house, and I will never forget how peaceful it was to rock her and watch the tree sway in the wind. Years ago I went scuba diving for a week in Honduras.  The fish, turtles, eels, all of the beautiful corals, even a shark! were so amazing to explore.

Linking data from two surveys pre- and post-intervention

I agree with @MatthewM.  I work in a school district and very often have Pre/Post assessments/surveys/etc. and we typically have a question in the survey to designate time period (each one is different depending on the needs:  Fall/Winter/Spring….Pre/Post...September/February/May, etc).  But also agree with the above comment, that a time stamp of Recorded Date can solve that same problem. If you have additional questions in the Post than the Pre, and you indicate the time period as a question, you could do some formatting so that if Post is selected it shows those new questions.

I love how the Community always comes together to provide support.  It is very rare that a question is asked and an answer isn’t received.  People provide an answer and often additional information/steps when needed.  It is a “safe” platform to continue to ask questions until your needs are met.

Migrating Your Supplemental Data Source Implementation

We received the second notice to migrate our work, but in the documentation, it said we would receive a list of projects that needed to be migrated.  I don’t recall ever receiving anything and our other brand administrator doesn’t either.  I put in a ticket/question with our Customer Success Hub and never heard back so submitted a new one today.Is there is a way for me to find out what projects use SDS as I’m not aware of any, but don’t want to miss anything while I have the opportunity to make this process smooth if we do have any. Thanks for any insight!!

🎯 New Year’s Resolutions | Badge of the Month | January 2024

Professionally, I would love to continue to automate and clean-up manual processes to save people time.  In our school district we have been transforming paper processes into digital and automating as much as possible.  We have had some great successes in saving people time and energy in completing some tasks. Personally, I would love to declutter and organize every portion of my home!  With 2 young children, we end up with a lot of “stuff” and it would be refreshing to do a sweep out of extras!

My favorite holiday food is Norwegian Lefse.   We used to make it with my grandma every year, but now we only make it every couple of years.  My mom’s frosted sugar cookies are also the best treat ever!

🦃 Thankful | Badge of the Month | November 2023

Too many people to list!  I have had such great support and help from this Community.   Most recently I have been able to create some surveys based on a K-12 customer spotlight webinar with Meridian and Killeen ISD.  Hearing how others are using Qualtrics opens up so many use cases for our PreK-12 School District also. In general, I am so thankful I was able to attend 2023 X4 and am excited to see what 2024 brings!  Basecamp was awesome in addition to the obvious amazingness of the rest of the conference.

Leveraging Qualtrics for Employee Feedback and Enablement

I really enjoyed this episode!  My biggest takeaway was TO bring your whole self to work!  So often (I’m on the older end of Millennials), I feel the work guidance has always been come ready to work just to work (and like Michael said, you don’t question it, you just do it) and leave your personal life at home…but you ARE your personal life and I think as a human we need to embrace that! My daughters 4-K class has different jobs each week and this week she was the classroom joke teller.  She had to come prepared to tell the class a new joke each day of the week.  We had so much fun finding and learning jokes to make those around her laugh and have a connection.  It really made me think how different the workplace could be if it kept more of those human connection values versus just the “task doer” mentality.

Survey won't branch correctly

Have you also checked on the survey builder that you didn’t accidently hide that block?  I’ve been using Qualtrics for a while now and don’t even know how I managed to hide a block, but was in a similar position that everything looked set up correctly, except for an icon on the block that I had missed and had accidentally enabled.

🌐 Community Connect: Following up on Feedback | Live Webinar

Just completed the Feedback discussion today, and it was great to hear how different industries utilize Qualtrics to address both positive and negative feedback.  I work in education, and we have different responses depending on the type of need.  Voice of customer on our website is a goal of a  24-hour max turnaround time whereas something like Bullying/etc. is as immediate as possible.  Like others stated during the meet up, we also vary on whether or not we respond.  Some of our surveys ask something like, “would you like a staff member to connect with you” and then a preferred method.

Combining Reports

Instead of using a report, could you use a dashboard?  That’s what I do when I need to group/regroup different elements.  And you can use multiple surveys on the same dashboard if necessary.

Could you try clearing your cache or using a different browser to test?  I know ours will sometimes get “stuck” in a different version, but once we clear our cache we see what we would expect.

👻 Spooky Season | Badge of the Month | October 2023

My kids are 3 and 4 years old, so are just starting to LOVE all things spooky and Halloween.  Of course, trick-or-treating is something they are very much looking forward to, but we’ve been watching some Halloween movies to get in the spooky spirit (we started early in September hahaha).  Hocus Pocus will forever top my list of classics, but they were introduced to some other Disney “classics” like Halloweentown.    We also have an amazing Apple Orchard/Pumpkin patch near us that we play at often.  Their favorite activity is the corn pit, a giant container filled with corn instead of water they can play in.  The fall season is the best!

💫 Hidden Talents | Badge of the Month | September 2023

Not necessarily a talent, but maybe a skill that not everyone possesses, I’m very organized and enjoy finding a structure/system to things. I grew up taking dance lessons (ballet, tap, lyrical) so participated in technical lessons from the ages of 3-18.  Now my daughter has started 💜.   My kids are 3 and 4 years old and both think it’s pretty cool to earn running race medals, so I try to sign up for every local race that we can do together (walk/run/or stroller ride if they need a break)!  We are doing three 5K’s in September together.

I have really appreciated the opportunity to have a platform to ask questions (and view other questions) while getting amazing answers, suggestions, and support.I work for a school district and have used the community to learn about areas I am not familiar with, like HR practices, to try and support our internal uses. While I don’t understand any of it, I love when coding suggestions are given and they work for me, without this community, I would have no way of gathering this valuable information.

🌎️ World Environment Day | Badge of the Month | June 2023

Roatan, Honduras is one of my favorite places.  My brother and I went scuba diving there and it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life! Not just on World Environment Day, but every day I am working with my children (ages 2 and 4) on the importance of caring for our environment (reusable containers versus plastic single use, the importance of recycling, etc.)

After you have the new workflow created, you may also have to complete retakes for the ones that have already been submitted and that will kick in with the new workflow you created. (Depending on how many have already completed the survey, that may or may not be a reasonable task).

Copying one survey more times easier

Could you add one more question to your survey (drop down, etc.) where the 100 options are listed to select from (assuming no privacy issues) and that is how you filter your results later?  I work for a school district, so not necessarily public facing, so if we have the same survey we want 25 schools to take, we just have them select their site as one of the questions instead of providing a different survey for each site.  Then we can filter/sort based on that information and not necessarily a different survey. Agree with @MikeW , if you have to make any adjustments or anything later, that could potentially lead to a ton of manpower maintenance.
