Could you not use the same survey, but have a different title for the different versions?

If you copy the survey 100 times or more, then that will be a lot of work to set up and analyse and maintain. If you need to tweak the survey, you might need to tweak it in 100 places!

Could you add one more question to your survey (drop down, etc.) where the 100 options are listed to select from (assuming no privacy issues) and that is how you filter your results later?  I work for a school district, so not necessarily public facing, so if we have the same survey we want 25 schools to take, we just have them select their site as one of the questions instead of providing a different survey for each site.  Then we can filter/sort based on that information and not necessarily a different survey.

Agree with @MikeW , if you have to make any adjustments or anything later, that could potentially lead to a ton of manpower maintenance.
