What I love most about Qualtrics is how flexible it is; it can accommodate many different kinds of projects. The XM Community is great because reading the posts has helped me to learn about things that I didn’t even know Qualtrics could do!
I think turning on the option “Make answer exclusive” for that answer choice might help you. My professional goal for this year is to continue working on documentation for all of the Qualtrics projects at our district. I want to make sure that anyone who comes after me is able to understand how our projects work (since I definitely did not when I started here!).
My favorite holiday food is tamales. My family always has Mexican food for Christmas Eve dinner. I haven’t tried making my own before, but luckily where I live there is no shortage of great options to pick some up nearby!
I am thankful for the K-12 group in the XM Community. I have found a lot of great resources in the group and appreciate all of the QSFs that are shared there!
My favorite spooky movie I’ve watched this year is “I See You”. It’s really suspenseful; I’d definitely recommend it! I like watching scary stuff all year, but even more so around Halloween. I’m currently rewatching “The Haunting of Bly Manor” on Netflix. I love anything with ghosts!
I’ve played both the violin and piano for many years. I haven’t had a chance to play much lately, but I used to be a member of a community orchestra a few years back. I just recently bought a house after living in apartments for a long time, so I’m excited to finally have space to have a piano at home!

Some of the most helpful stuff I’ve learned from the XM community in the last year was custom code. Browsing through other people’s custom code posts, I’ve found so many useful things that never would have even crossed my mind. I’m very glad people are willing to take the time to answer these posts; they’ve helped me on countless occasions.
Some of my favorite places to visit are the great system of Texas state parks. There are plenty of awesome ones near where I live, like Colorado Bend, McKinney Falls, and Guadalupe River. They have rivers and waterfalls, beautiful trails, and plenty of wildlife to see.
You can make an embedded data field and set it to be ${q://QID1/UploadedFileLink} (just replace the QID# to the one that matches your question). Then once someone uploads a file in that question the embedded data field would show the link that Qulatrics creates to it.
I’m not close to any of the in-person events, but I donated in honor of my younger brother who just beat his cancer this year!
What I love most about the XM community is that everyone genuinely wants to help each other out. It's nice to see people taking time out of their busy days to log onto the site and provide assistance to strangers.
My goal for this year and to work on creating documentation for all of the projects I've set up in Qualtrics so that other members of my team who aren't as familiar with Qualtrics are able to understand how each of our surveys work.

My favorite holiday tradition is pulling out my VCR and all of the tapes that my parents and grandparents recorded Christmas specials on when I was little and rewatching them throughout December with my family. There's a wide variety -- classics like Rudolph and the Grinch, but also things like a Christmas episode of Eureka's Castle and my favorite Christmas movie, The Christmas Toy. The best part is seeing all of the old commercials!

I just recently finished the series Midnight Mass on Netflix and I thought it was really good (and spooky). The creator of the show also did The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor, which are great too.
My favorite teacher is my sister. Hearing firsthand about all of the things that teachers have to juggle throughout the day was really eye-opening and it made me appreciate each of the teachers I've ever had even more. It's definitely not an easy job and I really respect everyone who does it.
