Hello, I have a question about matrix table type questions.

 

Is it possible to combine question types into a matrix question? For example in the below 3x3 matrix, could response options be set up as a combo of 2 text entry boxes and 1 drop down selection? 

Example: 

Statement A        Free text entry 1.    Free text entry 2.   Drop-down selection 1. 

Statement B       Free text entry 1.    Free text entry 2.   Drop-down selection 1. 

Statement C      Free text entry 1.    Free text entry 2.   Drop-down selection 1.
