Am I using the correct video type?

Hi all,
I want to upload videos directly to Qualtrics and not host them externally (on YouTube, Vimeo etc.).
I was trying to upload a video and received the message:
"The graphic file you have attempted to upload is not of a supported type."
However, the video is .mp4 ("MPEG-4 movie" in "get info" menu on Macbook). The video is 2.5MB, so smaller than the 16MB maximum per file.
Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Hi Sam,
Instead of uploading the mp4 file to Graphics Library, try uploading it to "Files Library" :)
