I am a brand administrator. One of my users (Standard Qualtrics - no limits) wants to email his survey participants, but sees that his mailings will need to b approved. How to I give him permission to send mailings without any approval?

Thanks, @ArunDubey -- This gives a good explanation of how to proceed when an approval is required, but what I really want to know is what can I change so that this user will be able to distribute emails WITHOUT getting approval.


Hi @sttaylor , there is permission page mentioned under it. did you check that?

You should explore this once.


Give the account the “Approve Mailing” permission.
