Hi there

 

I’m setting up a survey and testing it across devices. One test on a Samsung phone has resulted in the following: There’s a grey bar with an arrow to the right of the questions (see screenshot). If you click on it, it disappears and nothing happens. Any ideas what that could be and, especially, how to make it disappear altogether? Thank you!

 

 

Is it on specific place or on all questions in one screen. Samsung has it’s own feature to open recent apps using smart view. It’s nothing related to Qualtrics. 


I think it just mean that it is not showing the whole question due to the limited width.

You may wish to look at Mobile Survey Optimization (qualtrics.com) for more details to see if it could be due to the question setting.

 

I am not a coder, but it may be possible to add some code to amend the question’s padding/margin etc to reduce the width.

Thank you all! It seems the banner that was being displayed led to the need for scrolling on some devices.
