Asking for help - could not add graphics in my surveys

Good morning sir/madam,I am sorry in advance for my broken English. I am new to Qualtrics, and I hope my stupid question does not bother you.I am conducting my survey for academic research and there is a question I need to upload the pictures of two products to test consumer preference. Nevertheless, whenever I clicked on the button “add graphics”, this message popped up “#ErrorCodes, Unable to parse response as JSON: Syntax error#”.I am using the free version, so I wonder if I need to get a paid version in order to add graphics to my survey. I tried every single solution to fix it before posting my issue here, so I hope to get some advice from you, sir/madam.Thank you so much, and I am so sorry again.Best regards,Todd.

From Free Accounts:Due to this purpose, there are limitations on thefree survey account, including:No custom code (this also means many options in the rich content editor and Look & Feel are unavailable)Qtip:Note thatinsertingmediaandhyperlinksrequires theAllow All HTML Markupaccount permissionto be enabled. TheAllow JavaScriptaccount permissionmust be enabled for proper video playback. These permissions cannot be enabled without upgrading your account.Perhapsthe permission is disabled for free accounts.
