Hi!

I have 3 questions, 2 Likert-scale and the NPS question. Depending on how respondents answer, I want to assign them one out of 5 categories. For example:

Respondent X chooses: Likert1=agree, Likert2=disagree, NPS=9 → Category 1

Respondent Y chooses: Likert1=disagree, Likert2=disagree, NPS=6 → Category 2

Right now, I made the calculation in the Surveyflow with a lot of conditions.

  1. Is this the most efficient way to do this?
  2. Will doing this in the Surveyflow slow down the survey / dashboard?
  3. I need the same calculation in other surveys, how can I copy-paste the whole flow?

Please see my response below:

  1. Is this the most efficient way to do this? [Yes, nesting logic works exactly same as AND logic. As far as punching is correct, way of implementation is fine. Please test it properly and check the data set.]
  2. Will doing this in the Surveyflow slow down the survey / dashboard? [No, it will work fine.]
  3. I need the same calculation in other surveys, how can I copy-paste the whole flow? [Copy the same set of questions along with logic in the library and then use Reference survey module. I’m sure you requirement will be covered here.]
