Hello,

I am trying to create a survey that will help with tracking attendance for a meeting. It is a simple “first name, last name, I agree that I attended the meeting.” type of survey.

The idea that I am wanting to accomplish but do not know if it's doable within Qualtrics settings is that we want it to be 1 survey that everyone can fill out but have multiple links. The idea behind the multiple links would be that for each meeting there is a new link so no one with an old link is able to complete the survey. However, I do realize that the old links would need to expire in order for them to no longer work. So ultimately, I am looking for a way to create multiple “anonymous links” or general use links that would expire at a certain time for 1 survey. I have done a bit of research and do not think what I am trying to accomplish is doable. However, I wanted to post the question to see if anyone has some sort of work around that I have not been able to find.

you could potentially always keep the same survey running but have the URL modified to reflect meeting1, meeting2, etc. Only that parameter would change in the survey, making it easy to identify which meeting it refers to. You could add an embedded data called MeetingNumber and add, at the end or your URL ?MeetingNumber=X where X changes for every meeting.

Thank you!! This is the type of workaround I was needing. Took me a second to understand/set it up but I got it to work in the ways I need.
