Back/Previous button enabled in Survey Options but not rendering at all in a pop-up (Website/App Insights intercept) survey

Check the creative/pop-up styling.

In some cases, styling or rendering constraints may prevent the back button from being displayed entirely.

Hello, you can try and check the following:
 

1. The CSS in your survey/JS on survey questions; there could be something preventing back button from appearing.
2. If you have multiple blocks and if there are some elements between the blocks in survey flow, even that can prevent back button from appearing.

Nothing worked I wasn’t able to get the previous button.

You did mention 3 blocks.

• Can you specify how many questions do you have in each block?
• Also, are there other survey flow elements present between those blocks?
• Finally, have you used skip logic on any question?

A screenshot of the survey flow displaying the 3 blocks should help determine the root cause here. Pl share if you are able to.

all looks fine here. Probably something to do with the questions. What about skip logic? Have you used it on any question? If yes, can you please specify the questions that have skip logic?

You might also want to export the survey as word file, upload it to GPT/Claude to check what may be causing this.
