You can line up your “Goto” collumn as destination of the skip logic, “Options” as condition and the “Question” is where the logic gonna stay. Eg: Q1 you can set this logic:

Should questions without skip logic be displayed to all respondents?

For instance, if in Q1 selecting Option 1 directs to Q13, should questions from Q2 to Q12 be shown after Q13 is answered? If not, you'll need to apply display logic to them as well. Given the length of your survey (I notice you have Q50), it's challenging to provide precise logics here.

i forgot to add a critical info. the challenge is i have to convert each question into individual block to cater to customized pipe messages via embedded variables.

if it is a large piece of block with question skips within the block, what you have suggested will be work beautifully. what i do not understand is why qualtrics cannot do the same for blocks. that is , allow users to skip from block to block. at the moment, it allows the branch out to block but i have to duplicate blocks, based on the flow (a simplified version of my questionnaire)  , hide those blocks in between the skips but this gets complicated when there are many skip points. if qualtics were to make block skip similar to question skip (imagine each question as a block), i feel it will be easier to use. 

i could be wrong in my understanding , having used 2 other similar tools and trying to get use to Qualtrics setup. Hence, would like to learn from the community. thank you.

The key to simplifying the logic is to arrange your questions into logical blocks, then use a combination of skip logic, display logic, and survey flow branches.

For example from the questions you’ve shown, you could put your questions in 3 blocks: Q1-Q6, Q7-Q12, Q13 (Q30, Q40, and Q50 would be the first questions in other blocks). Then:

• Add skip to end of block logic to Q1, Q4, and Q10
• Add display logic to Q6
• Put the Q7-Q12 block under a survey flow branch if Q1-1 not selected and Q5-2 not selected
