PLEASE CONSIDER BRINGING BACK THE OLD TICKET OWNER EXPERIENCE!!!!!! PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION AGAIN. THE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE MADE MY JOB EASIER AND I GOT WORK DONE FASTER. 

Did you also enter this suggestion in the “ideas” area?  I think this area is mainly for questions, so I’m not sure the right people will see it to make movement on it.  You can submit ideas and suggestions in the “ideas” section, and I believe that is monitored for specific feedback about enhancements.

 

 


I dont have access to that, Wanted to make sure someone saw it.

I want to clarify that this is a setting and not a product change. I have spoken with your account team, and they will be in touch about reverting the setting changes with your org.
