Hi all,
I am having issues with the recorded responses to my survey. It seems that Qualtrics is not recording all the responses to my survey. Whenever participants complete it, all the questions are presented, but when I download the data file a bunch of responses is missing. I ran a previous study with Qualtrics similar to the one I am running now and had no problem with the recorded responses. It was only recently that this issue appeared. I was wondering if there is a different way to download the complete data file, to verify that all the responses are recorded. Or if there is a way to fix this.

Hi Fabiana,
Hmm, are you saying that within the Data & Analysis tab you can see recorded responses that have answered survey questions, but when you go to Export the data the recorded responses are not included in the file?
That sounds like you'll want to get in touch with Qualtrics Support.
