Can I send a survey to a specific list?

If I have an excel spreadsheet of 3000 email addresses. Is there a way to import those into a survey and send that survey to just those 3000 emails?

Certainly, you can save it as a csv file and upload to your contacts. Search for "Contacts" in the Qualtrics support pages.
