Can Qualtrics prefill the first question in a survey “ What eLearning did you just complete” ?

We would like to put a link at the end of all of our eLearning modules. Can the first question be prefilled based on what module the user clicks into the survey from? A URL or other metadata?

      You can add a query string with the module name to the survey URL. First create an empty embedded filed at the top of your survey flow; name it 'module'. Now add '?module=moduleName' at the end of the survey URL. If the survey URL already has other query strings, use '&' instead of '?'. The name will be passe on to the survey at the beginning of the survey and you can use that ED in your survey, for example on the welcome page.
