Change in Qualtrics Notification E-mail address : messages@system.qualtrics.com | XM Community

Hi,

 

Qualtrics is going ahead with change of e-mail address to messages@system.qualtrics.com for system notification.

I wanted to know if this also applies to the from e-mail address used in email task of workflows.

I think it will apply across all communications provided you are using qualtrics default like noreply@qualtrics.com, best is to check with Qualtrics support on same.

When I asked them to provide the list of areas in which this new e-mail address would be used, they provided below answer:
