Change statement display in slider question

Hi there,
I am trying to change my slider question display so that the statements are in a column to the left, instead of in a sentence above each slider. It currently looks like pic 1 and I want it to look like pic 2. I tried to google and search around but couldn't find an answer. Thanks

Try turning off the Mobile Friendly setting. I tested this in a survey, and all of the statements are in a column now.
