Hello
I deleted a question in my survey, saved and then published the changes. I also, removed the question from the trash.
The question does not show in Preview.
The question still shows up when I do a test survey via an email. It shows up also when I test using anonymous link.
I have no idea why a deleted questions is showing up. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Kindly try opening the survey in a different browser or after clearing cache or in an incognito mode.

+26While Deepak's answer seems simple, I agree with this. This seems like a caching issue that can be tested by trying a different browser, or attempting the operation in incognito mode. The issue should be solved after clearing the cache and / or deleting all the cache and cookies. These are my favorite instructions for performing that operations, but instructions vary based on your system.

Hi! I am having the same problem, but it is not going away when I clear my cache/ cookies. It even shows for other peoples browsers. It does not show in preview and I even deleted the question from the trash to see if it would change anything but it has not. Any advice? thank you!!
