Deleted question showing up in survey | XM Community

Hello
I deleted a question in my survey, saved and then published the changes. I also, removed the question from the trash.
The question does not show in Preview.
The question still shows up when I do a test survey via an email. It shows up also when I test using anonymous link.
I have no idea why a deleted questions is showing up. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Kindly try opening the survey in a different browser or after clearing cache or in an incognito mode.

While Deepak's answer seems simple, I agree with this. This seems like a caching issue that can be tested by trying a different browser, or attempting the operation in incognito mode. The issue should be solved after clearing the cache and / or deleting all the cache and cookies. These are my favorite instructions for performing that operations, but instructions vary based on your system.

Hi! I am having the same problem, but it is not going away when I clear my cache/ cookies. It even shows for other peoples browsers. It does not show in preview and I even deleted the question from the trash to see if it would change anything but it has not. Any advice? thank you!!

freitagp It seems like the survey is not published.
