Hello everyone,
We have staff that have brought up concerns that email triggers will be discontinued in the new Qualtrics XM version. Will triggers not be an option in the new version? I see them under the new Post-survey options, but was told they would be replaced by Actions.
Can someone provide any insight and point me to more details?

+9AmaraW I began using Actions a while back, so that I could get more comfortable with them (since the triggers are being phased out). I'm really impressed and think it's an easy to use and logical way to take care of triggers.😊
